I'll use photo editing apps literally everyday and even sometimes it's easier to do it on my phone rather than on a computer because some of the tools are just really simple and easy to use so I'm gonna share five that I've used before and think are just pretty good in terms of what they give us so let's start with the first one which is Snapseed which is now owned by Google and this is what I would say is a fundamental imaging app you're not going to get too many bells and whistles with this one but it is really simple easy to use and everything is really done with a slider so you can just put your finger anywhere on the screen move it left and right and it will change how the image looks so there are some simple tools on this one and you can go straight into toon image and this is the name that they give to the functions that change the way the image looks so you can change the brightness the contrast the exposure even the saturation and the warmth which is ch...

Obviously a lot of this would be better to do in camera but you don't always have that luxury at the time number one always consider cropping your images sometimes I think we can get into a bit of a preciousness mindset with our equipment maybe we paid out for a full-frame camera we want to use that whole full-frame and we don't want to crop it down to a third of what we paid for but you have no obligation to respect the sensor size or the aspect ratio Photography is about telling stories with images so do whatever you need to to make that image concise and resonant the content of your image is more important than the technical quality of it now you may be thinking I know how to crop my shots that's not a tip I need but do you really consider it often enough take a look at how severely croped these photos by Arnold Newman are but consider how much impact they would lose if he decided that he wanted to get the maximum quality out of his shots by using more of the medium form...
